CE687 piezoelectric accelerometer
Marke: Parker Meggitt
Description
Current output signal: 4 to 20 mA proportional to 0 to 10 or 0 to 20 g.
Frequency response: up to 10000 Hz.
Temperature range: −55 to 90°C.
The CE687 piezoelectric accelerometer is a general-purpose industry standard 4 to 20 mA loop-powered vibration sensor (vibration transmitter) with a piezoelectric sensing element, integrated electronics and a current output. It is available with a sensitivity of 4 to 20 mA proportional to either 0 to 10 or 0 to 20 g.
The CE687 is available as a sensor only or fitted with an integral cable that is protected by a stainless-steel overbraid. Sensor only versions allow one of a range of different cable assemblies to be used to connect the sensor to the monitoring system, depending on the application and environment.
The CE687 is designed and manufactured for use in harsh industrial environments.
Features
Designed for general-purpose vibration measurement, typically balance of plant (BOP) machinery such as compressors, gearboxes, motors, pumps and fans
Industry standard 4 to 20 mA loop-powered vibration sensor (vibration transmitter)
Quasi-static output signal (4 to 20 mA proportional to 0 to 10 or 0 to 20 g) indicating “overall” vibration
Typically connected to a machinery monitoring system for protection applications and/or a control system such as a DCS or PLC for monitoring and/or control applications
IP68 protection rating
